Maker Space Series Registration Form

Please fill out the info below for your child’s spot in our Maker Space Series (October 7, 14, 21, and 28) by October 3. Just one form per child for the full 4-week adventure! If you’re registering more than one child, please submit a separate form for each. Payment to cover materials ($60 per child) will be made through our donation site at the end. You can also mail a check by October 7. Thanks for helping to empower the makers of tomorrow!
